Curium Solutions – Simplified Change Management, Birmingham, West Midlands

Curium officially unveils new Birmingham head-quarters

By

Curium Solutions officially opened the doors of its new Birmingham offices last week.
The professional services company, which specialises in change delivery and personal development, hosted around 50 guests, including clients and regional business leaders, at a welcome reception.

The company has moved to the new 4,000 square foot office at Innovation Court in the Colmore Business District as part of an expansion drive.

Curium was formed in 2008 by twin brothers, James and Adam Farrow, and Andy Dawson.
Andy Dawson, Managing Director of Curium Solutions said: “Opening the doors of our new Birmingham office has fulfilled a long-term ambition of ours.

“It puts us at the heart of the city’s thriving business district and means we’re ideally placed to support our growing Midlands client base.

“We’re committed to investing in Birmingham, growing our team and becoming the best change consultancy in the region.”

The company saw revenue nearly double in 2015 compared to the previous year, and has grown its team from 10 (2014) to 30 (2016).

It has recently been shortlisted for ‘Small Business of the Year’ in the Birmingham Post Business Awards.

Ahead of its office launch event, Curium spoke to Andy Street, John Lewis CEO and West Midlands Mayoral Candidate, for his view on the role of small businesses in the region.
Andy Street told Curium: “If you look at the data then the new jobs are being created by the small business start-ups. Let me take your story – you launched on the back of the Lehman Brother’s collapse; how brave is that. The fact you’re investing, opening new offices, recruiting people… we want thousands of those stories as that’s what will really drive the strength of the economy.”

Guests were treated to wine and canapes provided by Hotel du Vin and wine tasting by award-winning wine merchant, Loki Wine.
