Change consultancy Curium Solutions has been shortlisted in two categories at this year’s Business Masters awards: Business Master in Professional Services and Business Master – Small Business.

Andy Dawson, Curium’s Managing Director said: “We are buzzing to have made not one, but two of the shortlists. The Business Masters awards are an excellent event, celebrating some of the great businesses working in Birmingham and the Midlands region. We are proud to be among them.”

“Curium’s success and growth since we started in 2008 is down to the efforts and energy of our fantastic team. By helping clients to achieve simple and sustainable change, we are carving out a niche as a user-friendly and results-focused change consultancy.

Alex Turner, editor TheBusinessDesk.com, said: “The standard of entries was very high, which meant some tough decisions for the judges. We are now looking forward to the awards ceremony next month where we will be celebrating the achievements of the diverse and inspirational companies.”

The Business Masters awards showcase the achievements and success of businesses in the region. Hosted by TheBusinessDesk.com, the Business Masters award winners will be revealed at a black-tie ceremony at Edgbaston Stadium on 8 June.

Formed in 2008, Curium is an independent change consultancy working with household brands across a range of sectors. These include Lloyds Banking Group, E.ON, Kingfisher Group, Boots, Argos, Habitat, Zurich, Provident Financial Group, Shop Direct, Prologis, Telefonica, and Nationwide.

This year has seen it add a new director, Kathy Coleman, who joined founders James and Adam Farrow, and Andy Dawson, on Curium’s board. The company also expanded into the US, merging with Florida-based performance improvement and leadership development firm DME Consulting International and securing a distribution deal with TetraMap International.

Last year, Curium was a finalist in the Small Business of the Year category at the Birmingham Post’s Business Awards.
