Curium Solutions – Simplified Change Management, Birmingham, West Midlands

Andy Wordley

Business Consultant

What you do at Curium?

I joined Curium as a Business Consultant and have been privileged to work on a wide array of projects across multiple sectors during my time here. My background prior to Curium has been firmly in the Change Delivery space, holding a number of roles in various sectors to successfully deliver on identified initiatives.

What you enjoy about working at Curium?

I really enjoy being part of a team that is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the work they do. The range of opportunities available and the genuinely friendly, supportive nature of the company is the perfect environment to maximise potential. This may sound like a typical PR response, but I can unquestionably say that it is only once you are a part of the team that you really notice what makes Curium stand out from the crowd.

What are you passionate about outside of work?

I am a keen sportsman, and have dipped into most sports over the years to a reasonably respectable standard. However, nowadays I can be found out on the road on the bike, churning out the miles in the saddle, seeking out the hilliest terrain I can find in the Chilterns. I am also developing a ‘foodie’ mentality, which I can fully justify given my biking exertions!

What has made you proud in the last year?

To date it’s the little things that I’ve helped with, which although may seem insignificant in the broader scale of work, when looked at in isolation have really helped those that I’ve worked with. Taking the time to be able to bring clarity to possible confusion in work situations is greatly satisfying.
