What you do at Curium?  

I work on the Change Delivery side of the business, supporting clients in the design and delivery of change projects. I’m currently working with a local council on a HR transformation programme, encompassing both system change, process reengineering, and people change – so it’s keeping me busy to say the least! My background is predominantly digital transformation in the retail sector, to this is a really exciting time for me to be involved with something so different.

What you enjoy about working at Curium?  

I love that culture is so important at Curium – it’s what makes us unique and sets us apart from other consultancies. Our values are embedded into every aspect of how we operate, meaning that how we do things is just as important as what we do. We’re a really tight team, and support each other on projects to utilise skills and experience across the whole team – so while clients have dedicated consultants working on projects, they reap the benefit of the entire Curium team.

What are you passionate about outside of work? 

I’ve got a real passion for travel – from my post-uni backpacking days to my regular holidays abroad, I just love seeing new places and experiencing different cultures.  So far this year I’ve visited Cuba, backpacked across Vietnam, been to Italy, and next month I’m heading to Prague. Next big trips on the horizon are the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu in Peru, and fighting my way up to the basecamp of Mount Everest.

What has made you proud in the last year? 

So many things have made me proud in the last year – from my gorgeous niece Darcy hitting the 1 year old mark, the graduation of my sister Corrine, friends tying the knot, and me landing a job at Curium. From a work perspective, I’m really proud of the projects I delivered at my last workplace in the space of 6 months, including implementing a warehouse management system to streamline warehouse operations, and launching a Conversion Rate Optimisation programme to boost online sales.
