What you do at Curium?

I joined Curium in May 2013 and I now head up Curium’s Customer Contact Solutions. We work with our clients to transform their front and back offices (i.e. their contact centres and support areas) by simplifying how to run large operational teams. Our philosophy is all about brilliant basics – if you get these right, time and time again we see the major impacts this has on organisations. My team and I are passionate about working with our clients to put their customers into the heart of everything they do along with guaranteeing tangible benefits for each of the projects we undertake.

What you enjoy about working at Curium?

Being part of a strong values-based team is the most rewarding aspect of working at Curium. Previously self-employed, I’m now surrounded by like-minded people who enjoy delivering great benefits in the right way to our customers. Amongst us, we have a massive range of skills that we can all pull upon as required, which is a great team to be a part of and one I’m hugely proud of.

What are you passionate about outside of work?

Outside of work, I spend as much of my time as possible with my friends… that usually involves lots of food and wine! To combat this, I do my best to keep fit, I’m a keen swimmer and not so keen runner but getting there. I have also been doing salsa dancing for a few years too now, but don’t let the tenure fool you: I’m not an expert but I love it.

What has made you proud in the past year?

At Curium, I have been immensely proud of the great customers we’ve worked with. The changes they’ve made along with the results they’ve achieved has been outstanding. Implementing and sustaining brilliant basics can result in huge impacts to a business’ bottom-line but also to people’s day to day roles and lives too.
