Change consultancy Curium Solutions has been shortlisted for two awards at the Birmingham Post Business Awards (BPBA): Professional Services and Export. Held at The ICC on 1 November, the BPBA celebrates success, recognises achievement and highlights innovative people and companies in Birmingham.

Andy Dawson, Director & Co-founder of Curium Solutions, said: “We are so pleased to be among the finalists for the Birmingham Post Business Awards; and in two categories! This year, we celebrate ten years of being in business; a decade of empowering individuals and organisations to achieve their personal and business potential.”

“We are big advocates for Birmingham and the region, and are passionate about pulling together to create shared success stories. We’ve had a fantastic first decade and would love to round off our celebrations by winning one of these awards.”

According to the Birmingham Post, the awards “will be a celebration of the county’s best companies and a reminder that Birmingham is a great place to do business”, adding: “We believe that the passion, determination, energy and skill that go into running a top performing company all deserve recognition.”

For Curium, being among the finalists is the latest highlight for 2018. Earlier in the year, the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce named Curium as its Business of the Year 2018 and gave it the Excellence in People Development Award. The change consultancy was also shortlisted for Excellence in Sales & Marketing, and for two Business Masters Awards.

Curium empowers people and organisations across the world to achieve their personal and business potential. It helps organisations to turn their strategic priorities into reality through successful transformation.

Curium is made up of two core practices: Performance Learning and Change Delivery that combine to drive accelerated change in individuals and teams.
