Curium Solutions to sponsor Growth Through People campaign

Award-winning business transformation company Curium Solutions is to sponsor the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce’s (GBCC) ‘Growth Through People’ campaign. Following the success of last year’s campaign, Curium will sponsor the ‘Growth Through Unlocking Potential’ week.

Anne Clews, Curium Solutions’ Head of Performance Learning, says, “At the heart of what we do is a simple idea: to ’empower potential’. In our experience, people and organisations are interested in potential and making the most of it, for their personal development and to improve individual, team and organisational performance.

“With the right support and guidance, we can all unlock more of our potential. We are looking forward to working with Chamber members to empower their potential, helping them to grow and succeed.”

According to GBCC research, 98% of respondents believe that investment in leadership and people management skills boost productivity but 32% don’t have clear strategies in place for investing in these skills.

Growth Through People aims to help businesses boost productivity through investment in leadership and management skills. Taking place between 25 February and 22 March, the campaign is a month-long programme of free training, workshops, events, research and thought leadership.

All four weeks of the campaign have a different theme:

  • Growth through responsible leadership – 25 February 2019
  • Growth through attracting and developing talent – 4 March 2019
  • Growth through unlocking potential – 11 March 2019
  • Growth through workplace resilience – 18 March 2019

Paul Faulkner, chief executive at the Chambers said: “Curium Solutions are an extraordinary business, and we’re excited to be working with them to support chamber members during our Growth Through People campaign in 2019.

“Curium won the Chambers’ award for Excellence in People Development earlier this year, and of course went on to win the coveted Business of the Year award. They have a wealth of experience working with businesses to empower and unlock the potential of employees, and we very much look forward to them sharing this experience during the campaign.”
