Lisa Powney announced as speaker for Growth Through People event

Lisa Powney, senior consultant at Curium Solutions will speak at the event, happening on Tuesday, 18 June at The Deer Barn from 9 to 11 am.

Lisa is a highly accomplished professional with over 13 years of success in the Banking industry, where she received numerous leadership awards. For the past decade, she has been dedicated to the development and improvement of individuals and teams.

Lisa has extensive experience in delivering leadership workshops, providing one-on-one coaching, and managing and designing culture programs, customer experience plans, and communication plans for major organisations.

She is particularly passionate about communication and employee engagement and has achieved remarkable results in leading change adoption initiatives during challenging times.

Additionally, Lisa is a wellbeing practitioner, focusing on promoting wellbeing in the workplace. She has recently authored a book on this topic and is an award-winning speaker.

Currently, Lisa leads the People Solutions practice at Curium and oversees major client events, including large-scale conferences and impactful interventions

This event, part of the Chamber’s Growth Through People campaign, will feature best-practice insights from local business leaders on ethical leadership, discussing balancing stakeholder interests, navigating ethical dilemmas in uncertain circumstances, implementing environmental and social governance, and fostering a value-driven organisational culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
