I joined Curium in January 2020 as Principal Consultant and work in our Change Delivery practice where I help clients design and deliver strategic change initiatives. My background is in cross-sector business and digital transformation and I have enjoyed the opportunity to conduct business in over 20 countries. Most recently, I have worked with a Data Centre client to design and set-up a central change function (Strategic PMO) to support the delivery of their growth strategy.
I love that culture is so important at Curium – it’s what makes us unique and sets us apart from other consultancies. We’re a really tight unit, and support each other personally and also on projects to utilise skills and experience across the whole team. Coaching is a key aspect of what we do, and this provides great opportunity to learn and continually improve as a team, and also to empower the potential of our clients.
My passion for international travel has recently shifted to staycations and exploring our amazing British countryside and coasts. I love the great outdoors, and in my free time you will find me hiking, camping, and cycling. I’m becoming increasingly keen to keep my kids (little millennials on steroids!) connected to nature to balance their passion for all things technology related!
I’m very proud of the way in which my family have dealt with a number of challenges presented by COVID19, especially my wife and kids who have largely taken the disruption into their strides. From a work perspective, I’m proud to have joined the Curium family in January 2020, and grateful to be working with such high calibre talent on a range of interesting change projects and programmes.
