Business transformation consultancy Curium has rebranded two months after announcing its decision to become an employee-owned business.

The company, based at 55 Colmore Row in Birmingham, has revealed a new website and brand.

Director and co-founder James Farrow said: “Curium has evolved massively over the past five years and we wanted our website to reflect our relentless commitment to our purpose of Empowering Potential and how we work with our customers. The transition to an EOT along with this rebrand aims to showcase our people-first ethos, which directly translates into the incredible impact we have with clients. We’d love everyone to read our customer stories of everyday individuals that have truly blossomed within and around the projects that we have partnered them with.”

Curium partnered with digital marketing agency LightBox Digital on the project.

Rob Pollard, Lightbox Digital founder said: “It has been a pleasure to collaborate with Curium to reposition their digital experience and help them to effectively tell their story. It’s incredible to be part of their journey and to see a fellow Birmingham business and Chamber Patron going from strength to strength.”

Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce CEO, Henrietta Brealey said: “We love seeing collaborations and business partnerships springing up between patrons. At heart, the Chamber is here to Connect, Support and Grow local businesses and this couldn’t be a better example of ‘Connect’ at play. Curium Solutions and Lightbox Digital are two dynamic, innovative and forward-thinking organisations and we’re delighted to see them working together on this impactful rebrand.”
