Curium Solutions US, an award-winning business transformation consultancy working with global brands across a range of sectors, today announced the addition of Tracey McDade in the position of Senior Consultant.

In her role with Curium, Tracey will support continued growth as the company focuses on people-first change solutions throughout the Americas.

Dan Entwistle, Director said, “We continue to see an increase in demand for the people-first change management solutions we provide. With workplace, employee and customer demands changing so vastly, the ability to help our clients with some of their biggest people, technology, and change programs will be well supported as we continue to hire high-caliber people onto our team.”

Tracey is a dynamic and collaborative consultant with over 25 years of experience working for private and public sector leaders like Deloitte US, GE Women’s Leadership Network, the National Organization on Disability, Tulane University’s School of Architecture and First Bank and Trust of Louisiana (now BankPlus.)

In order to provide the most effective support for her clients and truly tackle the root of their issues, Tracey takes a holistic, consultative approach when developing solutions to foster a culture of empowerment and inclusion, engage employees, and build high-performing, resilient teams. She earned her Master of Science in Human Capital Development from the University of Southern Mississippi and is certified in both the Learning and Change Management disciplines.

Tracey shared: “I’m elated by the opportunity to join Curium’s people-first approach to addressing client needs. Curium looks for opportunities to empower client transformation instead of concentrating on challenges in the more traditional solution-first approach.  It is invigorating to bring decades of experience to a team that won’t stop questioning and opening opportunities to changing markets and expectations for our growing client base.”

Dan summarized “In the current competitive hiring environment, securing talent and experience as great as Tracey is a huge win for us. This hire demonstrates our commitment to pursue people who are aligned with Curium’s beliefs, and our focus on People first | Keep it simple | Make it real.”
