Change consultancy Curium Solutions shortlisted for two prestigious business awards

Award-winning change consultancy Curium Solutions is pleased to announce that it has been shortlisted for two Business Masters Awards: Innovation and Small Business (up to 50 employees).

Curium is the current holder of The Business Desk’s Professional Services Business Masters award, having been shortlisted for both this and the small business category. It also features in Innovation 50 – the first index of the 50 most forward-thinking companies in the Midlands – and was shortlisted in the City of Birmingham Business Awards.

Andy Dawson, Director and Co-founder, said: “We are so pleased to be shortlisted in two categories for the second year running. It shows that we are creating real momentum in the market. We keep change simple, focusing on people and empowering their potential, which resonates with businesses looking to deliver sustainable change and improve their performance.

“Curium has made a strong start to 2018, with a fantastic team helping some impressive organisations to change the way they do things and achieve their strategic goals. We’re building on this and are investing for our continued growth and success. Good luck to everyone shortlisted!”

The Business Masters awards showcase the achievements and success of businesses in the region. Hosted by TheBusinessDesk.com, the award winners will be revealed at a black-tie ceremony at Edgbaston Stadium on 3 May. Organisations also shortlisted include Pertemps, Colmore Tang Construction, Clearwater International and Catalyst.

Formed in 2008, Curium Solutions is an independent change consultancy working with household brands across a range of sectors. It empowers individuals and organisations to achieve their personal and business potential; helping them to turn their strategic priorities into reality through successful transformation.

A busy 12 months has seen Curium expand globally with the launch of its first US office and seal an exclusive US distribution deal with TetraMap International.

The change consultancy has also grown in the UK, with the addition of seven new consultants: Principal Consultants Mike Howarth and Chris Watts, Senior Consultants Robbie Holden, Becky Oliver and Nicola Phelan, Communications Consultant Kathryn Hobbs and Business Consultant Jennifer Draper.
