We’re looking for an experienced consultant to join our Culture Change & Capability Development Practice. You’ll play a key role in guiding our phenomenal clients through some of their most critical and complex organisational transformation initiatives.

The Culture and Capability Practice covers a full range of services, such as:

– Executive coaching
– High impact facilitation
– Defining leadership strategies and supporting frameworks
– Event design and delivery
– Diagnostics, design and development of client company culture to support their organisational strategy
– Profiling and development of Leaders and their teams
– Developing leading-edge approaches to transformation sustainability
– Designing and delivering culture and capability strategies

We are looking for a range of people with different talents and passions, you may be strategic and used to working at exec level, or a phenomenal facilitator capable of helping leaders and teams shift mindsets and accelerate their own improvement journeys.

We work in a hybrid capacity, with travel to client offices and client locations as required.

As well as recruiting in our Culture Change and Capability Practice, we are looking to grow our team in our Transformation Delivery Practice.
