Curium Solutions is gearing up for growth in 2017, with the launch of a new website and the addition of two marketing specialists. This investment follows Curium’s move to new premises in the heart of Birmingham’s business district and underlines the company’s ambitious plans to become the number one change consultancy in the Midlands.

Managing Director Andy Dawson said: “We are a young and hugely ambitious business, investing in the infrastructure needed to support our continued growth and success. With a dynamic team and hands-on approach to helping organisations deliver change and improve their people and operations, we have a compelling message to our market.”

“Our new website provides visitors with a window into Curium’s world – the results we help to achieve, the skills and experience of our fantastic team, and our unique approach. For many organisations, change is an everyday reality, but change doesn’t have to be complex. We make change simple and sustainable so that it sticks.”

Curium’s new website highlights the solutions, expertise and experience of the Curium team, and showcases the results achieved for private and public sector organisations. These include upgrading a retail client’s customer services operation to improve customer satisfaction and save £2 million.

New to the Curium team are communications and marketing consultant Kathryn Hobbs and digital marketing specialist Zurina Panesar. Both joined at the start of 2017 and will work alongside founding directors Andy Dawson, James Farrow and Adam Farrow to raise Curium’s profile in the region, increase sales opportunities and drive profitable growth.

Kathryn Hobbs has a strong professional services background having held head of communications and marketing roles at major law firms Gowling WLG and Gateley Plc. Her experience includes leading external and internal communications on major change programmes, ranging from M&A and international expansion to outsourcing and office moves.

Zurina Panesar joins Curium from software company Dynistics where she managed the company’s marketing events and digital communications including e-marketing campaigns, content, website, social media and CRM database. Prior to this Zurina was part of the marketing team at Heart of Worcestershire College.

Formed in 2008, Curium is an independent change consultancy working with household brands across a range of sectors. These include Lloyds Banking Group, E.ON, Kingfisher Group, Boots, Argos, Habitat, Zurich, Provident Financial Group, Shop Direct, Prologis, Telefonica, and Nationwide.

About Curium Solutions:

Curium simplifies change and empowers individuals and organisations to achieve their personal and business potential. It delivers its solutions through two consultancy practices: Delivery and Capability.

Delivery focuses on helping organisations to deliver key business initiatives like organisational design, digital strategy or transforming front and back office operations. The Capability practice supports cultural change and helps leaders and teams to perform better.

Curium helps organisations facing change including:

  • Poor business performance – increase productivity and innovation, enhance employee engagement, improve customer service, introduce more efficient processes and reduce cost
  • High growth – develop skills, leadership and infrastructure to support and sustain rapid growth
  • Merger or acquisition – cultural and operational change to support the new organisation
  • Regulatory change – manage reactive change imposed by a regulator

In a sector heavy with jargon and complexity, Curium simplifies change, taking best practice processes, tools, models and frameworks and boiling them down to their essential and most useful elements.

Curium works with individuals, empowering them to make change sustainable long after the team has left. Every member of the Curium team has experienced change from the client side and understands the emotional journeys individuals experience when leading or adapting to change.
