Curium named as CIPD People Management finalist

Business transformation company Curium Solutions has been named as a finalist in the Best HR / L&D Consultancy category at this year’s CIPD People Management Awards.

Anne Clews, Curium’s Head of Performance Solutions, said: “We are really pleased and proud to be among the finalists for the CIPD People Management Awards. Our mission is to empower potential, helping people and organisations to perform at their best. We have a great track record and some impressive success stories, so it is fantastic for Curium to be recognised.”

The CIPD People Management Awards celebrate the outstanding achievements and contributions made by HR and L&D professionals. Curium joins a host of well-known names, with Lloyds Banking Group, Royal Navy, AstraZeneca and Royal Mail Group also among the finalists. Winners will be announced at a black-tie awards dinner on Tuesday 24 September at Grosvenor House, London.

Curium is also a finalist at this year’s The Lawyer Awards and was among the innovators shortlisted for the Legal Week Innovation Awards. Earlier this year, the company won a Business Masters Award at TheBusinessDesk.com’s Business Masters. Last year, it was named Business of the Year and won the Excellence in People Development award at the GBCC Awards.

A leader in people-led change, Curium specialises in buying people into change. This creates value from accelerating the adoption of change and the earlier release of benefit. Clients include corporates, partnerships and public authorities in the UK, US and elsewhere in the world.

Earlier this year, Curium published a report: Empowering inclusive leadership for a diverse age, which provides an original take on diversity, inclusion and leadership; and co-created the Midlands Leadership Awards. It also sponsored the GBCC Growth Through People campaign.
