Curium Solutions is in the running for three West Midlands Business Masters, having been shortlisted in the Professional Services, Small Business and International Trade categories.
Organised by TheBusinessDesk.com and sponsored by Aston University and ART Business Loans, the West Midlands Business Masters will be announced on 21 March at a black-tie dinner at Edgbaston Stadium.
For Curium, being among the finalists is the latest awards highlight in a busy 12 months. Having won the Excellence in People Development category at the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce (GBCC) Awards, Curium was also named Business of the Year 2018. It was also shortlisted for Excellence in Sales & Marketing, and for two Birmingham Post Business Awards.
Andy Dawson, Curium Director and Co-founder, said: “We are so pleased to be shortlisted for three Business Masters. We have a great story to tell about how we empower individuals, teams and organisations to achieve their potential and deliver successful and sustainable change. I’m pleased that it is being celebrated in these awards.
“Ten years in and we have grown beyond recognition. We have a US business, which is thriving. We have created a brilliant leadership programme and other performance solutions, while our transforming operations and change delivery specialists help companies every day. We’ve invested to grow, developing an award-winning digital performance platform, and hiring talented people.”
Alex Turner, joint managing director of TheBusinessDesk.com, said: “The Business Masters is always a great evening where we get to celebrate the successes of businesses from across the West Midlands. This year will be no exception, with the shortlisted businesses all demonstrating a fantastic entrepreneurial spirit that has built a strong culture and delivered results.”
2019 has seen Curium launch its latest report: Empowering inclusive leadership for a diverse age, which provides an original take on diversity, inclusion and leadership. This theme will be picked up in its Leadership Development Day and in Curium’s sponsored week during the Growth Through People campaign. Leadership inspired Curium’s decision to co-create the Midlands Leadership Awards.
Last year, Curium enhanced its performance solutions capability with the acquisition of Anne Clews Consulting, a people change company led by Anne Clews. Anne leads Curium’s Performance Solutions practice, which empowers people to fulfil their potential, overcome obstacles and perform at their best. The company also became a GBCC patron and saw Andy Dawson elected to the GBCC Council.
