Award-winning change consultancy Curium Solutions has made another senior hire with the arrival of Kate Drew as a Senior Consultant.
Andy Dawson, Curium’s Managing Director, said: “We are powering on, with new clients and new recruits helping us to develop and grow. Kate is an excellent addition to the team. She has an impressive track record for helping organisations to achieve lasting and effective change, which is exactly what Curium is all about.”
An experienced practitioner, Kate Drew brings more than 10 years’ experience of working on change projects for blue-chip companies including Lexus, Toyota, Lloyds Banking Group and The Co-operative Group. She managed the delivery of all the large-scale Olympic and Paralympic branding for London 2012.
Kate Drew said: “Curium is the only consultancy to pair psychology with change, putting people at the heart of successful change. There is so much to gain from being aware of the mindset of the people you are working alongside. I believe it is the key to delivering and maintaining change successfully. I am really excited to be part of the Curium team.”
A busy six months has seen Curium grow in the UK with the addition of new recruits: Kate Drew; learning expert Jo Rix; and marketing specialist Zurina Panesar.
An experienced and respected change specialist, Kathy Coleman joined Curium having run her own consultancy for the past five years. Prior to that, she delivered business transformation programmes at financial institutions, major corporates and consultancies, including AXA Life, Capgemini Consulting, RAC and Oracle.
As Head of Mortgage Change at Lloyds Banking Group, Kathy Coleman led the delivery of integration, migration, and regulatory programmes and projects following the merger of the Lloyds Banking Group and HBOS.
In 2017, Curium also expanded globally with the launch of its first US office and an exclusive US distribution deal with TetraMap International. The move sees Curium offer its unique mix of capability and delivery solutions to US organisations looking to improve performance and deliver sustainable change.
Formed in 2008, Curium is an independent change consultancy working with household brands across a range of sectors. These include Lloyds Banking Group, E.ON, Kingfisher Group, Boots, Argos, Habitat, Zurich, Provident Financial Group, Shop Direct, Prologis, Telefonica and Nationwide.
Earlier this month, Curium won The Business Desk’s Professional Services Business Masters Award.
