Curium Solutions to sponsor Growth Through People campaign
Change consultancy Curium Solutions is to sponsor the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce’s ‘Growth Through People’ campaign.
Growth Through People aims to help businesses boost productivity through leadership and people management skills. Taking place between 26 February and 23 March, the campaign is a month-long programme of free to access events, content and research.
James Farrow, co-founder and Director of Solutions and Futures at Curium, said: “Curium’s mission is empowering potential. People are the single most important asset of any company and investing in their development is critical to business success. We are looking forward to working with Chamber members to give them powerful, practical skills to unlock potential.”
All four weeks of the campaign have a different theme:
- Growth through responsible leadership – 26 February to 2 March
- Growth through attracting and retaining talent – 5 March to 9 March
- Growth through workplace environment – 12 March to 16 March
- Growth through unlocking potential – 19 March to 23 March
Henrietta Brealey, director of policy and strategic relationships at the GBCC, said: “Curium Solutions is a well-established 1813 Club member of the Chamber and we are excited to be working with it on this high-profile campaign. Growth Through People will offer businesses in Greater Birmingham real, practical advice and insight into how they can make the most of their people.”
