Curium Solutions US Announces Key Leadership Promotion and Welcomes New Talent

Curium Solutions, a leading People-First Transformation consultancy, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jordan George from VP of Client Solutions to Chief Experience Officer. This significant appointment comes alongside the addition of four new organizational change consultants: Charlotte Metcalf, Shanna Alikhan, Michael Deaver, and Ricard Vidal. These strategic moves underscore Curium’s dedication to deepening relationships and expanding presence within the US while driving transformative success and enhancing client experiences across the board.

Jordan George, SPHR, sHRBP, LDCP, who joined Curium Solutions US in 2022, will oversee all aspects of employee experience, client engagement, and key growth initiatives as the new Chief Experience Officer (CXO). In the past 24 months, Curium US has more than doubled their recurring client engagements and achieved significant year-over-year revenue growth, resulting in the addition of several new hires. Mr. George’s new role will integrate human resources, marketing, sales, and strategy to foster innovation and deliver exceptional experiences both internally for Curium employees and externally for Curium’s partners and customers.

Joining the team are Ms. Metcalf, Ms. Alikhan, Mr. Deaver, and Mr. Vidal, each bringing a wealth of expertise and a fresh perspective to Curium Solutions:

Charlotte Metcalf, PHR brings over a decade of experience in human resources, training, and people development. Ms. Metcalf has a proven track record in both nonprofit and corporate settings, designing data-driven strategies that enhance employee retention, engagement, and performance. Originally from North Carolina, Ms. Metcalf is now based in Orlando, Florida and is an active member of the Greater Orlando Organizational Development network and the global Institute of Organizational Development network.

Shanna Alikhan specializes in solving complex problems with a people-centric approach, bringing extensive project management and strategy experience from industries such as technology, telecommunications, and construction. Most recently, Ms. Alikhan has worked with both Amazon and Verizon, building scalable solutions for strategic decision-making. An alumna of the University of Central Florida, Shanna is also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and an Agile Scrum Master, dedicated to enhancing organizational efficiencies and fostering cohesive collaboration among stakeholders.

A familiar face to the Orlando area, Michael Deaver, SPHR, sHRBP is a twice-graduate of Rollins College and joins Curium from Orange County Government. With over 20 years of experience as an implementation trainer, HR business partner, marketing executive, and technology project leader, Mr. Deaver is a trusted advisor to senior teams and exceptionally capable at driving strategic initiatives across human resources, technology, operations, and performance optimization.

Originally from Barcelona, Ricard Vidal, JD, SHRM-SCP earned his Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Puerto Rico before relocating to Orlando and working with Lockheed Martin and Disney Institute, the external training and advisory services arm of the Walt Disney Company. Here, Mr. Vidal led enterprise-wide transformation journeys and strategies for a diverse range of companies across the Americas, including several Fortune 500 firms.

Together, they bring nearly 60 years of combined experience delivering high-impact change solutions that help teams of all sizes accelerate individual and business performance.
