Empowering potential with Curium Solutions
Change consultancy Curium Solutions is pleased to announce the winner of its ‘empowering potential’ competition. Victoria Sears, Bid Advisor at law firm Mills & Reeve, has won a one-to-one coaching session from one of Curium’s professional coaches.
Andy Dawson, Founding Director at Curium, said: “Empowering potential is about helping people to be the best possible version of themselves. This could be at work, in sport or in academia, but everyone needs recognition and help from those around them to encourage, applaud and support them as they progress along whatever journey they are on.”
Empowering potential is Curium’s mission: helping individuals, teams and companies to perform, and supporting them through complex change. The competition asked: “Who has empowered your potential?”, prompting responses including relatives, school teachers and colleagues.
A former solicitor at Mills & Reeve, Victoria is now a bids advisor at the firm, helping lawyers win new work through bids and tenders, and supporting existing clients through various business development projects. She is also Honorary Chair of Future Faces, Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce’s network for young professionals, having previously been both its President and Vice President.
Formed in 2008, Curium is an independent change consultancy working with household brands across a range of sectors. A busy 2017 has seen Curium expand globally with the launch of its first US office and its exclusive US distribution deal with TetraMap International.
The change consultancy secured also three high-profile accolades. It won The Business Desk’s Professional Services Business Masters award, was named in Innovation 50 – the first index of the 50 most forward-thinking companies in the Midlands, and was shortlisted in the ‘digital’ category at the City of Birmingham Business Awards.
