Staying resilient in today’s challenging and uncertain times

Curium Solutions have partnered up with BPS Birmingham Leaders, as we host our first event together on developing your resilience.

We invite you to our professional development event to be held on 9th July. The event will focus on how we can stay resilient in challenging times when faced with uncertainties that affect how we think, act and behave in the workplace. Do we turn up as leaders and lead, or do we shy away from away from our responsibilities? We will explore a number of different perspectives from experts in their field.

• Former Marines, Ben Williams and Antony Thompson, from Vanguard Solutions, will share their story about the personal challenges they faced before, during and after serving in Afghanistan. Where they faced life threatening challenges in the harshest workplace imaginable. They will share how the Commando Mindset has support them, and how they are sharing these lessons to inspire elite performance with leading business and organisations, including Gareth Southgate and the England football team before the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
• Curium Solutions exist to empower the potential of the organisations that they work with, sharing practical strategies for developing winning behaviours in the workplace. They take leaders on a personal journey of discovery to understand the different behavioural perspectives that exist in the workplace, and by understanding these, share how we can stay resilient to ensure that leaders truly lead when needed.
