This year, we’ve hosted multiple events, bringing together senior leaders for an AI dinner focused on one critical question: how do organisations evolve without losing the human element that makes transformation stick?
One attendee described it as the “best AI event” they had attended. Perhaps because it was never designed to be a typical AI event.
Rather than overwhelming attendees with technical jargon or speculative hype, the evening combined research-led insight, open discussion and a thought-provoking session from a workforce futurist exploring where AI is today and where it is likely to take organisations in the years ahead.
Importantly, the conversation did not end when the presentations finished.
The event was intentionally kept small, creating space for honest dialogue, challenge and reflection over dinner. In an era where so many events prioritise scale, there is growing value in intimacy, particularly when discussing a subject transforming every aspect of work, leadership and culture.
Because while AI may dominate headlines, the real challenge facing businesses is not simply technological adoption. It is human adaptation.
How do leaders bring people with them through change? How do organisations create confidence instead of fear? How do businesses transform and stay transformed?
These are the conversations Curium continues to lead.
There are two further AI events taking place before the summer break:
- 24th June – AI Round Table and Dinner (currently operating a waiting list)
- 2nd July – AI collaboration event alongside University of Birmingham , Pinsent Masons and Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce.
Curium is not a technology business. We are a people-led transformation consultancy grounded in behavioural science, leadership and communication.
The organisations navigating AI most effectively will not necessarily be those with the most advanced systems. They will be the ones whose people are most prepared to embrace change.
