Now is the perfect time for Emma to help shape our future as we look to continue the strong growth we have seen over the past 5 years.”

Emma has been with Curium for over 7 years, originally spearheading the Transforming Operations  Practice and a member of the leadership team for that time. “Connection with and focussing on people has never been more critical. Almost perfect timing for this role. The opportunity that we have is about evolving an already strong approach but one that gives me and our team a focus to shape and build the platform for our future growth. I feel hugely fortunate and excited about it all, as I have seen and experienced how we have grown and sustained our culture over the years and want to be a part of writing the next chapter and beyond,” said Emma Taylor, Chief People Officer.

“This appointment has been incredibly popular with the whole team, showing how Emma’s leadership gravitas has just as big an impact internally as it does on client site – no other person in Curium has more customer success stories hanging on the wall in our office and for good reason.,” adds Co-founder and Director James Farrow.
