Curium expand the team as they and their customers look to the future
Transformation change company, Curium Solutions, announce two appointments as they look to grow the business. As they welcome; Business Change and Transformation specialist, Darren Cheffins and Recruitment Professional, Hope Jones.
Bringing over 20 years of experience in Project Management, Consultancy and Transformation, Darren has worked with large organisations such as: Mercedes Benz, JLR, Severn Trent Water and The Post Office.
“As a Senior Consultant, I immediately had the opportunity to begin sharing my experience and Curium has allowed me to utilise my skill set on a big transformation programme. I’m looking forward to developing solutions that meet and exceeds customer needs”, said Darren.
Hope has worked for training provider SCCU Group, as their Recruitment Coordinator and has joined Curium at an exciting time for her career.
“I am thrilled to be starting my new Learning and Development Coordinator role at Curium and incredibly excited for the new challenge. There is a real sense of community in the team,” added Hope.
Anne Clews, Head of People Solutions said, “We are delighted to welcome Hope to the People Solutions team as a training co-ordinator and programme manager. Over the past 12 months we have responded to customer demands and expanded our virtual and face to face leadership and team programmes. Hope will support our people solutions function by co-ordinating programmes and taking care of the participant experience.”
