Curium US announces expansion
Change consultancy Curium Solutions US has added two additional hires since the turn of 2021 as it continues its strong growth. Leadership & Change Management specialist, Mernela Anez Salvati and Senior Technology Leader, Sidany Brodka, have both joined the Curium team based in Florida and will work with customers across the Americas.
Dan Entwistle, Curium Solutions US Managing Director said, “The past 12 months have been interesting, as organisations have navigated through a vast amount of change. Within that landscape we have found an increase in demand for the people and business transformation services we provide. Following a strong 2020, we want to maintain that positive trend as we see plenty of growth potential amongst the challenges out there.”
With a master’s degree in Business Management and over 20 years of experience, Mernela brings a wealth of expertise in organisational change management, project management and leadership development. She has worked in different corporations, including the State and local Government, Tupperware Brands and Universal Parks & Resorts. She also volunteers her time and supports non-profits, empowering Latina women.
Mernela said, “I was so excited to see the team dynamics, the passion for the clients, and the direction Curium is heading towards is inspiring and motivating.”
Senior technology leader in application design and development, Sidany has a degree in Information Technology Engineering, a Masters in Business and brings extensive experience in manufacturing, retail, wholesale, financial services, aerospace and consulting companies. She specialises in application development, ERP and delivery of global front and backend e-commerce. She has worked for Global companies such as Jafra Cosmetics International and Embraer Aircraft Holding.
