Sometimes its hard to take that much needed break from your computer screen or go out for some fresh air. During a time when it’s needed much more than ever, we need to reframe and try putting ourselves first more. Whether its going for a walk or reading a book, that break or you time is needed so we can regroup and refocus our thoughts.
