Business transformation consultancy Curium Solutions has become the latest patron of the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce (GBCC). The award-winning company has joined the likes of HSBC, Jaguar Land Rover, Midland Heart, The NEC Group and Wesleyan as one of 38 Chamber patrons.

Andy Dawson, Director and Co-founder of Curium Solutions, said: “We’re really proud to become GBCC patrons and sit at the heart of the Midlands business community. The Chamber team has already been a fantastic partner us over the last few years, supporting us and connecting us with other businesses in the region.

“Birmingham and the Midlands are going through such an exciting time of transformation – HS2, the 2022 Commonwealth Games and now 5G coming our way. By becoming a patron and working together with the region’s business community, we’ll be able to make the most of these opportunities.”

Paul Faulkner, Chief Executive of the GBCC, said: “We are delighted to welcome Curium Solutions to GBCC Patronage. Curium Solutions has been a prominent member of the Chamber since joining us just two years ago and have been active and engaged, notably through its support of our Growth Through People 2018 campaign.

“We fully support Curium’s mission to empower people and organisations across the world to realise their personal and business potential. I have enjoyed working with Curium’s outstanding team and we very much look forward to developing an even closer relationship as it joins us in our mission to connect, support and grow businesses in Greater Birmingham.”

Since joining the GBCC in 2016, Curium has been actively involved with Future Faces Chamber of Commerce and the GBCC’s productivity campaigns: Growth Through People and Invest to Grow. Curium will also sponsor Growth Through People 2019, where it will work with businesses in the region to help empower their potential.

In April, Curium won the Business of the Year and Excellence in People Development awards at the GBCC’s annual dinner and awards. Its digital lead, Hamish Jefford, appeared as one of the shortlisted individuals in the Future Face of Technology and Innovation at this year’s Future Faces Awards.

Curium empowers people and organisations across the world to achieve their personal and business potential. It helps organisations to turn their strategic priorities into reality through successful transformation.

Curium is made up of two core practices: Performance Learning and Change Delivery that combine to drive accelerated change in individuals and teams. This ensures that any intervention both accelerates people capability and then integrates practical mechanisms in the organisation to ensure the impact is embedded and sustained.
